    If you think about it, Internet access is becoming a human right. I am not sure if Governments will go for the “free” part because, if adopted, there will be little left for kickbacks.

      well i have heard from several birdies that T&T will soon be covered in FREE* access… contracts have already been awarded to folks who are installing the hardware as you read… dunno bout kickbacks just bobol
