David Rudder – 1990 & Hoosay

July 27th marks the anniversary of the insurrection led by a Policeman turned Religious leader; after he was kicked in the head by a horse, in Trinidad & Tobago. The nation was held hostage by 116 willing and unwilling participants. Nothing can bring back the lives lost nor the democracy stolen. the coup d’état was a precursor to Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Kuwait that started the 1st BUSH Gulf War. I have always wondered if there was any connection to the two incidents…

If we were to have a Commission of Enquiry we would know for sure if a kick in the head by the horse played a serious part in the attempted coup or if he was dotish before that. We may even confirm that Bank Account Grey or Smelter Pat were part of the plot. Lots of people say the Gulf War and the Trinidad War were connected by a common thread.
